Ten tips to reduce stress

Panic attacks, migraines and chronic infections were the wake up call that I needed to pay attention to my body and make some changes in my life. As a young woman, I pushed myself extremely hard to excel in everything, but did very little to re-fuel and nourish myself.

The symptoms I experienced eventually forced me to slow down and take better care, but more importantly I learned to stop fighting my body and start trusting it’s signals as a way to intuitively navigate through life.

In this fast paced world, there are so many forces that can leave us feeling overloaded and undernourished physically, mentally and emotionally.   Gentle, holistic care like acupuncture or craniosacral therapy has helped me to stay calm and healthy amidst such craziness.

Beyond symptom relief and stress reduction, treatments have helped me to become more aware of subtle changes in my body that often indicate I am out of balance or moving in a direction that is not optimal for me.

Nurturing this connection to the intuitive wisdom of my body continually helps me to face life challenges with less resistance and greater joy.

I chose to become a holistic health care practitioner so that I could share my knowledge, attention, and skilled touch with others who may benefit from my experience.
